Most of my work is built from solid wood (but of course where cost is a factor, cabinet-grade plywood is also an option).

Pure linseed oil is used exclusively rather than toxic varnishes and polyurethane. Although this is a very labor intensive process, the end result is a finish that few passersby can help but touch.

Whether it be a picture frame or a high boy dresser, time-honored methods of joinery are used throughout.

A finely cut dovetail, a pinned mortise and tenon joint, or a chair leg wedged like an axe handle are all pleasing to the eye, yet are symbols of strength and purpose ensuring generations of use.
